My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to my individual client as one size does not fit all. I take a "two pronged" approach by helping you to manage your day to day symptoms with behavioural therapy alongside investigating what is contributing to these problems using humanistic methods.
I strongly believe that we are shaped by our past experiences which can result in difficulties such as social phobias and anxiety disorders which can cause major problems in managing day to day life.
As your Counsellor it would be my aim to help you to become empowered and live life the way you want to live it. You are the expert on your life and it is my job to help you find your way through your problems, anxieties and life crises.
Counselling can help you to understand yourself better and gives you the space and opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that you may never have considered before.
