Addiction can take many forms:


For example, it could be overeating, smoking, shopping, working, gambling or engaging in sexual or pornographic activities.




The fact that you're reading this page means that you're on the way to acknowledging the addiction or compulsion is having some sort of negative consequence on your life.


It could be having a detrimental effect on your health and well-being, your finances, your relationships or your ability to hold down a job.
